Heart in Hands Healing

I offer the loving healing energy of reiki from my heart through my hands.  I incorporate  variations intuitively using crystals, colours, visualizations and prayer, keeping aware of the needs of the intended recipient of the energy and open to guidance from my higher self. 

During the treatment the recipient either sits or lays down with loose comfortable clothing.  The removal of jewelry and shoes is to allow energy to release and flow more freely. Comfortably lying down with a pillow, support under the knees and blankets.  Softly playing gentle music in the background to help sooth the soul.  The recipient gives permission for the treatment.  A few deep breaths, the eyes relax, and the recipient is ready for a treatment.  The Reiki energy is sent through the hands, either gently touching the body or hands held just above the body.  Each treatment is as unique as the recipient, some people will feel different sensations: heat, coolness, tingling, etc.  The energy will go where it is needed working on many levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  The hand positions flow down the body resting on chakras and places where energy gathers. Reiki reminds the body of its natural state of well-being.

When the treatment is over the recipient will return from a deeply relaxed state, the body will feel refreshed, relaxed, rejuvenated - each experience is individual.  The drinking of water to flush the body of toxins is recommended for 24hrs as the energy continues to work even after treatment

Treatment usually last from 30min. to 1hr. depending on the needs of the individual.

Long Distance Treatments - $45

Day/Time to be set for Distance Healing recipient to be relaxed and open to energy in a quiet, peaceful setting.
